Leon D. Shaw President
One of the world's most highly respected yacht builders, Leon Shaw, formed Jefferson Yachts in 1982. His first, a Jefferson 48' Cockpit Motoryacht, inspired production of more than 500 motoryachts from the 37 Viscount Sundeck Motor Yacht to the grandest of them all, the 82' Starship.
Mr. Shaw is directly involved in the design and manufacture of every vessel in the series, applying a level of hands-on experience few boat builders can match. And he has engineered every vessel from a boater's point of view, measuring for operational ease, dependability, comfort and beauty.
